Elycia Teh is an experienced recruiter specializing in the APAC region at Stripe since August 2019, where responsibilities include partnering with teams for key hiring initiatives across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and Japan. Prior to Stripe, Elycia worked at IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, first as an Executive in Group People & Organization, designing HR policies and talent management strategies, and earlier as a Management Trainee involved in various HR functions. Initial experience includes internships at DFS Group Limited and Bosch Southeast Asia, focusing on HR processes and data management. Elycia holds a Bachelor of Business specializing in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has additional education from Maastricht University and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
