Herbert Bickley, P.E. has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to transportation engineering and management. Herbert has held positions such as Vice President of Business Development at Stripe-A-Zone, where they were responsible for expanding new products and processes in the pavement marking industry. Herbert also worked as a Regional Manager at RPS Klotz Associates, overseeing project operations and marketing activities in the East Texas region. As the General Manager at Striping Technology LP, they managed multiple divisions and oversaw operations in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Prior to these roles, Bickley held several positions at the Texas Department of Transportation, including District Engineer and Director of Transportation Operations, where they provided executive-level direction and oversight for various transportation functions. Throughout their career, Bickley has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, along with expertise in safety and efficiency improvements in transportation infrastructure.

Herbert Bickley, P.E. obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Angelina College between 1979 and 1981. Herbert then completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Computer Science at Texas A&M University from 1981 to 1987.
