Navnath Gavande has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Navnath currently works at String Bio Private Limited as a Business Development Manager since June 2023. Previously, they worked at Aaditya Finechem Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Manager from April 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Novozymes, where they started as an Industry Technology Specialist from August 2011 to July 2015. Later, they became a Technical Sales Manager from August 2015 to March 2020. Before joining Novozymes, Gavande worked at Sula Vineyards as a Winemaker from February 2009 to July 2011, and as a Winery Chemist from January 2008 to January 2009.

Navnath Gavande obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from K.T.H.M. College in Nasik from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Alcohol Technology at Vasant Dada Sugar Institute in Pune from 2006 to 2008.
