Lee Baler has over 20 years of experience in the media industry. Lee began their career in 1999 as an Associate Media Planner at Messner. In 2000, they moved to Foote, Cone & Belding as a Media Planner. From 2003 to 2016, they worked at Digitas as a Group Media Director, where they managed a team of Media Planners/ Media Strategists and was responsible for over $100MM in digital investment. In 2016, they moved to iCrossing as Senior Media Director | Planning & Investment, where they functioned as a channel agnostic, business outcome oriented group. Lee is currently the Head of Global Strategy at Strike Social, a private technology company working with agencies and direct with brands.
Lee Baler graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English.
