Kevin Hardiman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin is currently the VP of Customer Success at Striim since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as part of the JPMC Advanced Data Ecosystem team from May 2023 to November 2023. From 2022 to 2023, Kevin worked as a Modern Data Platform Builder, focusing on designing and building data platforms.

Their career started in 2001 when they founded and owned Bladiant Technologies, Inc. Before that, Kevin worked at GigaSpaces Technologies, Inc. as the Manager of North America Professional Services from March 2007 to May 2009. Prior to their role at GigaSpaces, they worked at Embarcadero Technologies, Inc. as a Principal Software Consultant from June 2005 to August 2006.
Kevin's early experience includes working at Sony Music Entertainment, Inc. as the Chief Technical Architect for Sony Music Digital Services from June 2002 to November 2003. During their time at Sony, they were responsible for designing and developing the implementation of the Sony Music Business Intelligence system.
