Nidhi Chandra has an extensive work experience that spans from 2007 to 2023. Nidhi started their career at American Express in 2007, where they held various roles such as Director of Digital Acquisition, Senior Marketing Manager of Display Media Acquisition, Senior Marketing Manager of Green Charge Card Product Management, and Marketing Manager of Green Charge Card Product Management. In 2019, they moved to Qapital as Vice President of Growth and Retention. In 2020, they took on two roles: Senior Director at Peloton Interactive, where they were initially responsible for North America paid media promoting the Peloton App and later expanded to include all markets, and Senior Director of Customer Acquisition at Disney Streaming Services as a consultant. In 2022, they became a Consultant on the Growth Team at Disney Streaming. Currently, they are the Head of Growth at Stride.

Nidhi Chandra has obtained a Professional Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Smith College, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
