Aaron Levy is the Founder and CEO of Raise The Bar Consulting, a company that helps businesses succeed by providing leaders with the tools and training needed to engage and inspire their teams. Aaron also co-founded Stride, an on-demand coaching platform for all employees. Aaron is an author of the book "Open, Honest, and Direct" which focuses on developing leadership skills. Aaron has worked as the Director (Chicago) for Startup Grind, a community for entrepreneurs, and as a member and contributor for Forbes Coaches Council. Aaron has served as a mentor for 1871 and VentureSCALE, and as a contributing writer for Thrive Global. Prior to their current roles, they were the Director of Delivery and Education at Engaged Health Solutions, where they developed and delivered education sessions on behavior change.

Aaron Levy graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Film. In 2016, they obtained an Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation and a Level 1 certification in Open Honest & Direct Leadership from Raise The Bar Consulting. Aaron also holds certifications as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise and as a Living As A Leader Certified Leadership Trainer.
