Marcin Zawadzki is a seasoned software engineering manager with over a decade of experience in technical system design, project management, and team leadership. Currently at Stretto since July 2012, Marcin excels in managing projects using SCRUM methodology, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing features in both backend and frontend technologies (JavaScript and Java). Previous roles include senior software engineer positions at Nokia and Teleca Poland, where Marcin specialized in developing web applications and user interfaces, as well as API development. Marcin began the software development career at GlobalVanet and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence and a Master of Science in Information Technologies from Lodz University of Technology.
