Madelene Sträng has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Madelene is currently working as a Consultant at Stretch since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at H&M from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Product Owner SAP release & delivery management, Cross Delivery Coordinator, SAP release management, and SAP Release Manager. Madelene also had the opportunity to participate in an IT Trainee program, gaining exposure to different functions within the company. Before H&M, Madelene worked at Coty from 2016 to 2017, assisting in the SAP transition and setting up backend for e-commerce. Madelene'searlier experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where they served as Team Captain for the customer service team and as a Customer Service Representative. Madelene's career began at Semantix, where they worked as an Interpreter Advisor.

Madelene Sträng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and System Sciences from Stockholm University, which they completed in the years 2014 to 2017. In addition to this, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the same university during the same period. Furthermore, in March 2023, Madelene Sträng obtained a certification called "Explore RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Record of Achievement" from SAP.
