Jane Shand is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director at StreamlineHR since October 2023, Jane focuses on delivering tailored HR solutions in Australia. Previous roles include General Manager of People and Culture at National Storage, Chief Human Resources Manager at Queensland Rugby League, and Manager of People Experience at Endeavour Foundation. Jane has contributed to significant organizational transformations and performance enhancements in organizations such as TAFE Queensland and Stellar Asia Pacific. Jane holds a Master of Management in Human Resources Management from Massey University and additional qualifications from institutions including the University of Canterbury, Whitireia Polytechnic, and Trinity College (London).
