Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as a Special Security Technician at the Senior-level in support of the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Forward Headquarters (CFH) in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The contractor shall provide support to the SSO at CFH six (6) days per week for twelve ( 12) hours perÌýday. Contractors must complete USCENTCOM-specific SSO certifications in each security disciplineÌýand be deemed qualified by USCENTCOM SSO a week prior to deployment.
    • Physically inspect and document findings for USCENTCOM Sensitive CompartmentedÌýlnformation Facility (SCIF) accreditation in order to identify deficiencies affecting SCIFÌýaccreditations. The contractor shall perform and maintain all annual SCIF inspection checklists.
    • Maintain and update SCIF TEMPEST Addendum and Fixed Facility Checklists IOT maintainÌýSCIF accreditation.
    • Monitor the AMAG Intrusion Detection System/CCTV to help control access and preclude anyÌýunauthorized access.
    • Serve as the primary support for troubleshooting and resolving basic issues related to AMAGÌýequipment. To enhance operational effectiveness and ensure security integrity, it is essential toÌýprovide AMAG technical training to contractors. The contractor training will cover critical troubleshooting and repair procedures for key components, including the DCU NodeÌýmotherboard, NIC cards, and the cleaning, resetting, and replacement of cameras. Contractors willÌýreceive training that is vendor-approved, and training records are properly signed off to confirmÌýcompletion.
    • Maintain and process exceptions to SCIF policy requests for the USCENTCOM ForwardÌýHeadquarters.
    • Brief and train proper command security practices for the Command Security IndoctrinationÌýbriefings to promote Security Education, Training & Awareness (SETA).
    • Provide input into CENTCOM history reports.
    • Coordinate, track, document, brief, train and issue courier authorization in support of the CourierÌýAuthorization Program.
    • Coordinate with customers and Defense Courier Service staff for the delivery and pickup ofÌýclassified material, and provide SME guidance for forward deployed units.
    • Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities that affect remedial training in support of the SecurityÌýIncident Program.
    • Coordinate and support the command Annual Clean Out Program, the Random Anti-terrorismÌýMeasures (RAM) Program and other security related programs for Command.
    • Perform security in/out processing of personnel, weekly SCI Indoctrination briefings, and securityÌýdebriefings for the Command. In/out processing duties include: Verify security clearanceÌýeligibility, create Personnel Security Folders, provide appropriate indoctrination paperwork,Ìýcreate appropriate access badge with photo, update all security databases, schedule SCIÌýindoctrination briefings as required, and maintain data on the security clearance investigationsÌýstatus. Debrief personnel when the Need To Know no longer is required; terminate access toÌýclassified information, update all security databases, and reconcile Personnel Security Folder.
    • Receive input and process data, ensure data is current and accurate, and maintain databases usedÌýto process the Security clearance levels of Foreign Nationals and the access to information andÌýfacilities.
    • Monitor and pass security clearances via DISS, DIA Record Message Traffic (RMT), or fax andÌýcross-reference multiple repository databases to include facilitating the transfer of records andÌýinformation to Intelligence Community databases, supporting the Command.
    • Support the security clearance nomination process and assist with indoctrinations, permanentÌýcertifications, and the submission of Research/Re-certify/Upgrade (RRU) requests for all aspectsÌýof the Command Industrial Security Program.ÌýReview, staff, process, and facilitate completion of taskers for theÌý J2 Special Security Office.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience.
