Jon Vieira has several years of experience in product design and UX roles. Jon is currently working as a Product Designer (AR/VR) at Meta since 2022. Prior to this, Jon founded their own company called uxsupernova in 2018. Jon also served as a Visual Design Lead at StreamLayer Inc. starting in 2020. Jon worked as a Senior Product Designer at icon incar from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they had two stints at Meta as a Product Designer (AR/VR) from 2020 to 2021. Jon was also a Lead Product Designer at QuantumBlack from 2019 to 2021 and a Product Design Lead/Advisor at Cognism in 2020. Jon co-founded Aela.io in 2017, where they focused on training and mentoring individuals in digital product design. Additionally, Jon worked as a Senior Product Designer at Pivotal Labs in 2019 and briefly as a Senior Product Designer at 11:FS in the same year.

Jon Vieira has a diverse education history. In 2018, they obtained a UX Certificate from NN/g - Nielsen Norman Group, focusing on User Experience. Additionally, in the same year, they completed courses in UX Research & Strategy at Designlab. Earlier in their education, from 2003 to 2005, Jon attended Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá, where they studied Marketing and Advertising. Apart from formal education, Jon also earned a UX Master Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in March 2018. Furthermore, they were granted the UK Global Talent Visa (previously known as Exceptional Talent Visa) by Tech Nation in 2017.
