Richard Oesterreicher is the CEO of Streaming Global, a technology company that provides an integrated Augmented Reality platform. Richard has a long history of experience in the field of technology, including acting as CTO for Hexxu Corp and CEO of RO Design Corp. In their most recent position prior to Streaming Global, they were an Entrepreneur-In-Residence working with the ISF II Fund at Intellectual Ventures. It was here that they helped launch Persent, an Atlanta-based technology company. Richard has a passion for mentoring young startups and helping them realize their vision for the future. Richard has been instrumental in the development of streaming media architecture, which has completely changed the economics of streaming service providers. Under their leadership, Streaming Global is well-positioned to provide innovative solutions that will improve trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
