Lakyntina Lyngdoh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lakyntina is currently serving as the COO and Co-Founder of StreamAlive since August 2021. Prior to that, they founded ShareMyCake.org in September 2009. Lakyntina also worked as the Head Finance and HR at Unmetric from February 2012 to May 2020.

Before their role at Unmetric, Lakyntina worked at HCL Technologies as a Business Solutions Architect from September 2008 to August 2009, and as a Product Manager from December 2006 to August 2008. Lakyntina started their career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Relationship Manager, where they worked from 1999 to 2005.

Lakyntina Lyngdoh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (B.E.) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, in August 2019, they obtained certification as an Unmetric Certified Analyst from Unmetric.
