Yair Avital began their work experience in 2014 as a Game Analyst for Redwood International Sports. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and NPI Manager for Gal - Shvav Group LTD, where they were responsible for building product/production files, documentation, and jigs/tools/fixtures design. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of New Product Introduction Manager at the same company. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Lead Product Engineer at Strauss Water Ltd., where they are responsible for NPI of the company's main products, improving assembly line efficiency, conducting RCA, and implementing ECOS.

Yair Avital pursued their education from 2011 to 2015 at Ariel University, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout their time there, they focused on the field of Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
