Anat Kartaginer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water management and landscape design. Since August 1998, Anat has served as the Water Department Manager at Strauss Water Ltd., after previously managing a landscape designing firm from 1994 to 1998. Anat holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2006-2009), a Practical Engineering degree in Landscape Architecture from ORT Colleges (1995-1997), and a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy - Agriculture from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1986-1989).
