Thomas Oster serves as the IT People Lead and IT Business Analyst / Solution Architect at STRAUSS since March 2019, focusing on requirements analysis, developing suitable solutions, prioritizing user needs, and coordinating design efforts. Previously, Thomas held roles at LOGWIN AG from September 2009 to February 2019, including Project Management and Quality Management DMS, where responsibilities encompassed planning and overseeing IT projects, optimizing solutions for usability and performance, conducting global user training, and documenting processes. Additionally, Thomas has experience in marketing design and sales coordination, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master's degree in IT Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
