Nick Dorr has a work experience spanning several years in various roles. Nick started in 2012 as a PC-Tech Intern at Archer Daniels Midland, where they assisted with SCCM/WSUS client troubleshooting and patch management/compliance, among other responsibilities. In 2013, they joined COUNTRY Financialā¢ as a Telecom Analyst. Nick then moved on to Stratus Networks in 2014, initially serving as a Customer Service Manager before assuming the role of Director of Support Services in March 2021.
Nick Dorr completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Heartland Community College between 2008 and 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Nick Dorr has also obtained several certifications from Cisco. Nick acquired the certification for "Implementing Cisco Enterprise Advanced Routing and Services" in July 2022, the certification for "Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies" in June 2022, and the "Cisco CCNA Route/Switch" certification in August 2018.
