Ken Kinzie has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. From 1983 to 2006, they served as the Director of EAP Sarasota at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, where they oversaw employee assistance planning and development and played a key role in resolving sensitive issues. In 2006, Kinzie co-founded Kinzie Consortium, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in executive coaching and counseling, diversity training, and career management. Ken also worked as the Clinical Service Delivery Manager at Ceridian/Military OneSource from 2009 to 2011, where they managed a team of therapists providing services to armed forces members and their families.
