Blaze Gardner is a Principal Consultant specializing in Mobility Electrification, including electric vehicles, battery systems, charging infrastructure, and energy storage at Strativ Group since July 2022. Previously, Blaze served as a Principal Recruitment Consultant at KDR Recruitment USA, focusing on securing top talent in software, data, and machine learning for start-ups from April 2019 to June 2022, and held several recruitment roles at Senitor Associates, where responsibilities included recruiting for senior IT positions across London and surrounding regions. Blaze’s early career included a role as Assistant Research Engineer at Nuclear AMRC from July 2016 to September 2017. An alumnus of Sheffield Hallam University, Blaze earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from 2014 to 2018.
