Juan Carlos Silva is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the Information Technology sector. Since December 2006, Juan Carlos has held the position of Gerente de Tecnolog¨ªa at MSCorp, focusing on technical support and server administration, particularly with streaming services and Helix Server under Red Hat Linux architecture. Juan Carlos has been involved in the implementation of Helix Mobile Producer and management of multimedia content for mobile devices. Prior to that, from January 2005 to April 2006, Juan Carlos worked as a Soporte T¨¦cnico at Urbalink CA, specializing in wireless networks, Hot Spot setups, and end-user support. Juan Carlos earned a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nueva Esparta, graduating in 2006.
