Tibor Radnoti has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Tibor began their career at Pannon as an IT Project Manager and later became the Head of the Market Development Department. Tibor then joined Magyar Telekom, where they held various roles, including Deputy Director of Development, Head of the Application Support Center, and Head of Support Systems Development. After that, they joined Stratis as a Director, focusing on strategic consultancy for large and medium corporations. Tibor later became the COO and a member of the Board at Generali Biztosító. Throughout their career, Tibor has been involved in areas such as corporate consultancy, improving operations, process improvements, architecture consolidation, and digital transformation.

Tibor Radnoti, an individual with an education history, pursued various academic opportunities throughout their life. In 1989, they enrolled at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1994. Moving forward, in 2015, they attended the IECD Management School in Bled, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2016, Radnoti participated in the Generali Global Future Leadership Program at IMD. Continuing their educational journey, they undertook an online course in Machine Learning at Stanford University between 2017 and 2018.
