Lajos Tancsik is an accomplished technology and program management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at Stratis since January 2023, Lajos previously held the role of Strategic Program Manager at T-Mobile Nederland, where responsibilities included leading transformative company strategies. Lajos has also worked as Head of Technology Governance at Deutsche Telekom, overseeing governance frameworks, and as Senior Program Manager for Magyar Telekom’s business transformation. With a background as Senior Consultant at Redbridge Consulting and Head of IT Application Development at INSEAD, Lajos has consistently demonstrated leadership in IT and operational management across multiple organizations, including CIB Bank, Alcoa, and PepsiAmericas. Lajos holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and various certifications, including Scrum Master training.
