Zita S. is the Founder and President of the Black Manitobans Chamber of Commerce since February 2022, with a mission focused on equitable commerce and empowerment under the motto "Levelling the Playing Field for All." In addition, Zita serves as a Bilingual Senior Career Management Consultant at Right Management, managing a diverse caseload of over 100 professional candidates and providing personalized career strategies across Canada and the USA. As the Chief Executive Officer of StratHR Solutions Inc. since November 2001, Zita leads a dynamic HR team to offer innovative bilingual HR solutions and services for businesses of various sizes and sectors. Zita holds an HR Management Certificate from RRC Polytech and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry.
