Helen Hoka Osiolo is a seasoned researcher and lecturer specializing in climate change and economic policies. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Loughborough University and a Senior Climate Change Researcher at Strathmore University, Osiolo leads research initiatives and training programs within the Centre for Research in Applied Research Economics. Previous roles include Lead Researcher for an energy services assessment with the COMESA Secretariat, Lead Economist on axle load management in partnership with KIRI and the Kenya Road Board, and contributions to international projects with organizations such as the International Development Research Centre and Hivos. Osiolo's educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Nairobi, complemented by multiple certificates from Université Laval.
