Linda Milan, P.Eng. is an experienced Capital Project Manager at Strathcona County since July 2015, specializing in the preparation of tender and RFP documents, contract administration, budget control, project inspections, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this role, Linda held various positions at Canadian National Railway from May 2008 to July 2015, including Officer Performance Assessment, where data aggregation and analysis were key focuses, and Design and Construction Project Management Assistant Engineer, managing significant track construction projects and ensuring compliance with railway standards. Linda began the professional journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, earned from 2002 to 2006.
