Aidan Grove-White is currently a Consultant at Strategy. Prior to this, they were the Manager at the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs from February 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they led a team of professionals to support the implementation of the Places to Grow initiative. Aidan also worked as a Senior Associate at the Ontario Public Service from April 2014 to February 2017 where they were responsible for designing and delivering public, Indigenous and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Some of their notable accomplishments include heading the development and approvals process for the options and recommendations for a major public engagement strategy, lead the development and implementation of their division’s strategy for Indigenous engagement for a major initiative, and managing procurement processes including contract and budget management for the design and delivery of communication products and services in support of divisional, ministry and inter-ministry initiatives.

Aidan Grove-White completed a Master of Science (MSc) in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at the University of Toronto, and a BA in Social Sciences; Political Science at the University of Victoria.
