Carl Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation strategy and project management across various industries. As a Network Partner at Strategos since 2010, Carl has been instrumental in delivering client projects globally, enhancing organizational innovation. In parallel, Carl serves as a Network Partner at Amplify Scandinavia AB and a Board Member at WEIAB SYSTEMLÖSNINGAR AB since 2016. Additionally, as the Owner of Hamilton House AB, Carl has focused on helping companies develop strategies for growth and innovation. Previous roles include Program Director at the Scandinavian International Management Institute, Innovation Leader at Nestlé S.A., and R&D Director at Nestlé, where Carl was responsible for significant innovation efforts in the food industry. Carl holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Managing Fisheries and Aquaculture from The University of Stirling and a degree in Managing Food and Beverage Innovation from SIMI.
