Scott’s Retirement Plan Consulting business focuses on three key principles: mitigating your risks as a plan sponsor, systematically solving challenges and shifting administrative burden away from you and your team that often accompany a retirement or pension plan offering, and promoting plan sponsor and employee behaviors that create financial wellness, reduce stress, and improve productivity for employees.
As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, Scott is held to a defined standard of excellence and code of ethics that complements his specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and his ability to consult on and implement policies and procedures that meet a rigorous fiduciary standard of care.
Scott brings a unique background to his Financial Advisor role from his 20+ year career at Fortune 100 and small companies. He has a rich combination of sales, operations, and quality improvement experience that he has gained through several successful transitions to new industries, and has developed a strong reputation for delivering significant, sustainable results in new situations in short time frames.
Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Kettering University. He has also continues to develop his skills and has completed several professional development courses in Management, Operations, and Sales, and is involved in several industry-related professional organizations.
