Jessica G. has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Jessica began their career at Nemo IT Solutions, Inc. as an OPT Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruitments utilizing various sourcing methods. In 2017, they moved to Smartedge Solutions as a Technical Consultant, where their responsibilities included screening profiles, analyzing candidate resumes, and conducting interviews. In 2018, they joined Dorah IT Solutions Pvt.Ltd. as a Sr. OPT Recruiter, again utilizing various sourcing methods. In 2019, they moved to Pragma Edge Inc. as a Sr. Recruiter and Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. Finally, in 2020, they joined Neo Prism Solutions LLC as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and in 2021 they began working at Strategic Resources International Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist.
