Chief Executive Officer Europe at Strategic Resource Management

Neil Whittaker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Neil is currently the Chief Executive Officer Europe at Strategic Resource Management, Inc. (SRM), a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Managing Director at SRM, where they built and led the business in Europe, focusing on cost reduction and revenue enhancements for clients.

Before joining SRM, Neil worked as a Partner - Financial Services at BearingPoint from September 2015 to December 2017. Neil also served as a Director at Grant Thornton LLP (Formerly Navigant Inc) from August 2012 to September 2015, leading major financial services relationships across the UK. Neil held a similar position as a Director at Accourt from September 2011 to August 2012, where they developed relationships with major financial services brands in the UK, Continental Europe, and Israel.

Prior to that, Neil was the Director at Bluerock Consulting Ltd from January 2010 to March 2011, leading major banking relationships across the UK, Continental Europe, and Israel. Neil also worked as a Vice President at Hitachi Consulting from April 2006 to August 2009, where they led major financial services relationships across various regions and managed key accounts for major banks and insurance companies.

Neil has also had experience as the Managing Director of an independent small consulting business from December 2004 to April 2006, where they worked with clients such as Royal & SunAlliance. Before that, they served as the Sales & Marketing Director at EY LLP (Ernst & Young) from September 2004 to November 2004, focusing on building a world-class professional services Sales & Marketing function.

Neil's work experience extends back to their time at Barclays Bank, where they held various roles from 1997 to 2004. Neil worked as the Sales Director - Premier Banking (Priority) from January 2002 to September 2004, implementing the 'Priority Client' sales strategy and managing a large team. Neil also served as the HR Director - Premier Banking and the Training Director & T&C Officer during their tenure at Barclays.

Earlier in their career, Neil worked as an Area Sales Manager at Clerical Medical from November 1995 to April 1997, where they managed a team of financial planning consultants and sales managers.

Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated expertise in building and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering results-focused solutions for financial services organizations.

Neil Whittaker attended the Cranfield School of Management from 1999 to 2000, where they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration. In the same period, they also completed a Full CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
