Tatiana Nikitina has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tatiana started their career as a Business Development Manager at Asera.com. After that, they worked at Bain & Company as a Consultant and Case Team Leader, where they specialized in strategic and operational issues across various industries. Following this, they joined WebMD as the Executive Director of Strategic Account Development, where they played a vital role in driving innovation and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. Nikitina then served as the Vice-President of Customer Development at Vitals.com, leading the company's efforts in connecting consumers with quality healthcare providers. Tatiana later worked as Chief Marketing Officer at xG Health Solutions, utilizing Geisinger Health System's methods to help health systems succeed in value-based care models. Additionally, Nikitina served as a Board Member for Strive For College, a non-profit organization focused on providing equal access to higher education for low-income students. Tatiana also contributed to Workshop in Business Opportunities as a Board Member, where they helped underserved communities develop entrepreneurial skills. Currently, they are a Member at Chief, a private network designed to connect and support women executives.

Tatiana Nikitina has a strong educational background with a focus on business and finance. Tatiana pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Finance, earning a BS degree from Northeastern University from 1993 to 1995. In 1989, they began their education at St. Petersburg University in Russia, specializing in Economics. Tatiana later transferred to a university in the United States to continue their studies. Tatiana has also obtained a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association® in February 2023, which further enhances their expertise in the field.
