Robert Chelminski is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in team leadership and sales management. Currently serving as Sales Production Manager at Strategic Financial Solutions NY since June 2019, Robert established a high-performing sales team and consistently exceeded key performance indicators through effective coaching. As Associate Sales Manager, Robert successfully onboarded over 200 new hire sales representatives and played a pivotal role in expanding the NYC sales floor.
