Kelly (she/her) has grown Strategic Earth from the ground up since its inception in 2010. Over the last decade, she has had the privilege and honor to partner and collaborate with diverse and inclusive voices throughout North America, from Tribal Leaders and fishermen to resource managers and researchers. As the keeper of Strategic Earth’s culture, Kelly has designed a holistic, team-based approach to internal operations that celebrates team members’ strengths and inspires a growth mindset.
