David Pledger is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database development and management. As the Managing Partner of Strategic Data Systems, Inc. since September 1992, David co-owns an IT consulting firm that delivers custom solutions across southwest Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeast Indiana. Previous roles include Database Analyst at Reynolds & Reynolds and Lexis Nexis, specializing in SQL Server and Sybase development for large-scale applications. Additionally, David has held programming positions at SAIC, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, and SofTech, where involvement included software development for government contracts. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Systems Engineering from Wright State University.
