Dave Washington has extensive experience in the field of enterprise systems management and monitoring. Dave has worked at various companies in roles such as Sr. Tivoli/Netcool Engineer, President, Tivoli Monitoring Subject Matter Expert, and Netcool Enterprise Architect.

At Strategic Business Systems (SBS), Dave worked as a Sr. Tivoli/Netcool Engineer, where they designed and implemented the Tivoli/Netcool next-gen 8.x product suite. Dave also completed the network configuration manager to automatically configure network devices based on the device profile.

Dave founded Vapnadomr Solutions, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). At Florida Power & Light Company, Dave held the role of Tivoli Monitoring Subject Matter Expert. Dave developed and maintained project schedules and designed the integration of Tivoli Monitoring for Oracle Extended Agent 6.3 and Logfile Agent 6.

At BROADRIDGE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, Dave served as an ITM Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager. Dave established and ensured proper standardized communication methods between IBM and Broadridge. Additionally, they conducted a complete audit of the monitoring solution, performed gap analysis, and recommended changes in monitoring situations and thresholds.

Dave worked for IBM as a Netcool Enterprise Architect and Sr. IT Specialist and Solutions Architect. Dave conducted business analysis meetings, managed a team of Tivoli/Netcool engineers, and provided architectural design and documentation for software installations and updates.

At Motorola Solutions, Inc., Dave worked as a Netcool Architect and was involved in a Netcool Foundation Upgrade Project. Dave conducted information and requirement gathering meetings, analyzed the existing Netcool installation, and provided design and architectural documentation for software installations.

Dave also worked at TIAA-CREF as a Tivoli Consultant.

Dave Washington attended Miami Killian Sr. High from 1970 to 1971 and received a diploma. Dave then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Miami, where they studied from 1971 to 1974.
