Jennifer Rebelez is currently the Sr. Technology Transfer Analyst at Strategic Analysis Incorporated, focusing on supporting programmatic issues impacting T2 activities within DoD laboratories. Prior to this, Jennifer held roles in technology transfer at U.S. Army organizations and General Dynamics Information Technology. With a background in business, management, and nursing education, Jennifer has a strong foundation in managing agreements, drafting interagency agreements, and overseeing the technology transfer process.
