Kara Frank has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Kara started their career at James Madison University Athletics Facilities & Events as a Student Assistant, where they scheduled athletic events and provided administrative support. Kara then moved on to James Madison University Athletics Communications, where they worked as a Student Assistant and Practicum Student, writing press releases and assisting in press conferences. Kara also served as a Student Ambassador at JMU Alumni Association.
In 2012, Kara joined Adfero as an Assistant Account Executive, providing strategic communications support and assisting in marketing campaigns. Over the years, they took on more responsibilities and roles, including Senior Account Executive and Account Supervisor. Kara'sduties included overseeing content and social media campaigns, managing client relationships, and supporting new business efforts.
Since 2019, Kara has been working at Stratacomm, where they started as an Account Director and is currently serving as Vice President. In this role, they lead successful integrated marketing and communications campaigns for major government agencies, specifically the U.S. Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Kara Frank attended James Madison University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Kara majored in Communication Studies and pursued a minor in Sports Communication.
