Keith Glatfelter has an extensive career in the medical technology field, with a focus on technical support and field service management. Since October 2004, Keith has served as Field Service Operation Manager and Technical Supervisor at Strata Skin Sciences and MELA Sciences, Inc., overseeing the installation and repair of medical lasers and training engineers. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Supervisor at PhotoMedex, a Technical Support Specialist at LASERSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, INC, and a Technical Support Supervisor at INVIVO RESEARCH INC, where Keith supervised field engineers and installed patient monitoring systems globally. Additional experience encompasses positions at RAM ELECTRONICS, BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD, GENERAL ELECTRIC MEDICAL SYSTEMS, Medical Data Systems, and BIO-SENTRY ENGINEERS.
