Grover Vargas is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the Latin American market. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Strata Products Worldwide LLC since February 2022, Grover previously held similar roles at Sika USA from November 2018 to November 2021 and Propex Operating Company, LLC for nearly two decades as LATAM Regional Manager - FIBERMESH. Grover's extensive experience in establishing and managing sales channels has been pivotal in covering the entire Latin America region. Educationally, Grover holds an Executive Education degree in Business Scaling from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an ALD in Authentic Leader Development from Harvard Business School, a Master's in International Business from Florida International University, and an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from UMSS - Cochabamba Bolivia.
