Tim Schaefer has worked in various roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2006. Tim began their career as an Account Assistant at The Millerschin Group in 2006. In 2008, they took on the role of Sales Consultant at Scott Colburn Boots & Western Wear. Two years later, they became the Bookkeeper at the same company. In 2012, they joined Enterprise Holdings as an Accountant and worked their way up to Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and eventually Controller. In 2019, they moved to Robert Half as a Recruiting Manager. In 2020, they began working as a Finance Professional at The CFO Group and as a Controller at Strata Oncology.

Tim Schaefer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University between 2008 and 2011.
