Meagin Mohar is an experienced operations project manager at Strata Networks, the largest independent telecommunications cooperative in Utah, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Meagin served as HR Director at Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying from January 2012 to November 2021, contributing to the company's position as the leading provider of land surveying and civil engineering services in the Intermountain West. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Manager at BHI, CO from January 2008 to January 2012. Meagin holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Interpersonal Communication from Southern Utah University.
