Liz W. Roland has held various roles since 2006, starting as a Grade 8 Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation. Liz W.'swork experience includes being a Goalkeeper Coach for West Aurora High School Women's Soccer, a Student Goalkeeper Coach for Aurora University Women's Soccer, and a Sports Information Associate for Aurora University. Liz W. has also worked as a Sales Associate for HomeGoods Stores and DSW, where they held roles as a Lead Cashier and Assistant Manager. Before joining Strata Information Group as a Recruitment Support Specialist in 2021, Liz was a Core/Fan Blade Product Line Representative for TurboJet Partners Inc for four years. Currently, Liz also serves as a Project Manager, Client Engagement for Strata Information Group.

Liz W. Roland obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Aurora University between the years 2009 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification from Hootsuite University in December 2014.
