William Rusinko has had a diverse and progressive career in the field of software engineering. William started their career as an Engineering Intern at United States Army Operation Test Command, where they gained valuable experience in testing and overseeing field tests of military equipment.

After their internship, Rusinko worked at Chase Oaks Church as a Web Developer Intern, where they created an internal website for the volunteer leadership and implemented technology resources for mass e-mailing and timely notifications.

William then joined MedAssets as an Associate Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineer. In these roles, Rusinko worked on developing a WPF based UI for a high traffic application and updating the Microsoft SQL Server backend, while also contributing to the development of core enterprise tools and frameworks.

Following their time at MedAssets, Rusinko joined MIK Fund Services as a Software Engineer. William worked as part of a client-focused team to implement software solutions that met specific client requirements, from concept to implementation and optimization.

In 2014, Rusinko joined Thomson Reuters Elite as a Senior Software Engineer, where they continued to enhance their technical skills. William then moved on to Strata Decision Technology, where they held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Lead Developer, Director of Engineering, and currently serves as the Director of Global Engineering.

Throughout their career, Rusinko has consistently displayed a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

William Rusinko attended Austin College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. William also studied Computer Science and Physics as well as Leadership Studies during this time.
