Maddy Koch has over a decade of experience in quality assurance and process management within the technology and finance industries. Currently serving as Quality & Process Manager at Strata Decision Technology since April 2013, Maddy has progressively advanced through roles including QA Lead, Sr. Software QA Engineer, and Software QA Engineer. Previous experience includes a position as User Acceptance Tester at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Quality Assurance Analyst at Fiserv. Maddy began a career at The Clearing House, where Maddy held the role of Product Manager / Specialist for over 15 years. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1990 and 1994.
