Dhara Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and project management. Since October 2016, Dhara serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Strata Decision Technology, leading implementations of the StrataJazz Continuous Improvement and Productivity Reporting modules to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance process improvement programs for healthcare organizations. Prior to this role, Dhara worked at Epic from July 2012 to September 2016 as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant, managing a $1M budget and overseeing multiple client teams during software implementation projects. Earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dhara holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the same institution, completed in 2012.
