Marta Lobo is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Group Talent Acquisition Manager at STRAT7 since December 2022. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Global Talent Acquisition at Tridge, a leading B2B sourcing and intelligence platform for the food and agriculture sectors, from June 2021 to December 2022. Marta's extensive experience includes serving as an HR Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager at myWorld Holdings Limited and as HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at TNK 2009 Ltd t/a Natural Kitchen, where recruitment strategies were developed and implemented. Marta began their career in talent acquisition at Le Pain Quotidien. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University, a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, and CIPD qualifications, along with a Master's degree in Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário.
