Jemima Jacob serves as the Director and previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Strand Life Sciences since January 2018, contributing expertise in clinical genomics, genetic variant interpretation, gene expression data analysis, and pharmacogenomic reports. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Principal Investigator at Syngene International Limited from August 2016 to June 2017, and as Sr. Scientist at Strand Life Sciences from December 2008 to July 2016. Jemima began a research career as a Research Associate in the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at King's College London between 2007 and 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Biology obtained from the Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum from 2001 to 2007.
