James Avery has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. JAMES began their career in 1987 at MWS Wire Industries, where they served as the Quality Assurance and Technical Support Manager, as well as the Marketing Development Manager, until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in quality assurance and technical support, as well as marketing and development.

In 2000, James took on the role of Owner at CodeLine Marketing, a position they held until 2016. As the owner, they managed all aspects of the business, including marketing strategies and operations.

From 2017 to 2018, James worked as the General Manager at Kerry's Tree Service, where they handled various business operations, such as communication with vendors, customer support, and policy development.

In 2010, James ventured into real estate investment as a private investor. JAMES dealt with both commercial and residential properties, overseeing all stages of the investment process, from acquisition to renovation, marketing, and sale.

Moving forward, in 2020, James joined DPA Components International - DPACI as the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager. In addition to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, they also took on the responsibility of overseeing digital content management, including website design, social media content, and marketing collateral.

Most recently, in 2022, James assumed the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Strand Products, Inc., where they are accountable for maintaining the organization's quality management system and related documentation.

James Avery has a diverse education history in the field of quality management systems (QMS). In 2020, they attended SAI Global and obtained a degree as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, specializing in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Continuing their education in 2019, James Avery also attended SAI Global to earn a degree in Auditing a Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015, further enhancing their skills as a Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor.

In 2021, James Avery attended Q.A. Services to study AS9100 D, a field of study which is not specified as a degree program.

Additionally, James Avery completed a course in Insider Threat Awareness provided by the US Department of Defense - Counterintelligence and Security Agency in 2021.

Further enriching their expertise, in 2020 James Avery attended Axeon Corporation to become an ISO13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR 820 Lead Auditor, specializing in Quality Management System (QMS).

Outside of their formal education, James Avery holds additional certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the WSA Auditor - Work Style Assessment for Auditors certification from Exemplar Global, Inc. In May 2021, they also obtained the ISO9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor certification, also from Exemplar Global, Inc. Furthermore, in January 2021, they obtained the ISO13485:2016 Certified Medical Device Management Systems Lead Auditor certification, again from Exemplar Global, Inc.
