Gary E. Richardson is an experienced real estate professional with a comprehensive background in sales and agent development. Since January 2015, Gary has served as Principal and Realtor Associate at Strand Hill Properties / Christie's International Real Estate, focusing on sales and agent growth. Prior to this role, Gary worked as a Realtor Associate at Shorewood Realtors from June 1992 to January 2015. Gary also has extensive entrepreneurial experience as Owner of Realty World Southbay from January 1979 to May 1992, and served as Office Manager at Fred Fredericks Realty between February 1976 and May 1992. Gary is an alumnus of San Diego State University.
